"Through the promotion of empathy, we as students of Valparaiso University's ENGL 296 class (Traditions of Giving and Serving in American Life) seek to support inclusive organizations in Porter County that foster healing through community; our desire is to improve the quality of life for those struggling with mental health issues, homelessness, and substance abuse."
